Job Responsibilities

1. The primary duty is to greet visitors, receive and resolve quires.

2. Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner.

3. Maintain required documentation.

4. Responsible for ensuring a smooth running of front-end operation and required reporting to upper management.

5. Any other assigned tasks are given by management.

b. Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
