Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee all sales and marketing activities to drive showroom performance
•Lead and develop the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets
•Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
•Manage and supervise accounts and daily financial operations
•Ensure smooth coordination between departments and the head office
•Prepare and present performance and financial reports
Requirements
•Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
•Hands-on experience in account management and reporting
•Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools
•Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and accounts automotive industry preferred
