Oversee daily operations and staff performance within the consultancy office.
Guide and support student counselors to ensure quality service delivery.
Coordinate with international partner institutions and maintain professional relationships.
Supervise student admission processes, documentation, and visa applications.
Plan and execute marketing activities such as education fairs, seminars, and digital campaigns.
Ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Prepare performance and progress reports for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree Master’s preferred in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in an education consultancy.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of student admission and visa procedures for study abroad programs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
