Job Responsibilities
- Providing expert guidance and support to students looking to study abroad especially for Uk/Australia etc.
- Day-to-day tasks include conducting counselling sessions, assisting with university applications, providing career advice, and handling student inquiries.
- Offer exceptional customer service and maintain open communications with students and educational institutions.
Requirements
- Solid Track record in Study abroad counselling and university admissions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HE student counselling especially UK, Australia
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to provide personalised guidance and team support to students
- Understanding of visa application processes for students
