Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor market conditions, product presence, competitor activities, and overall sales performance.
  • Supervise and guide the field sales team, ensuring proper market coverage and adherence to company standards.
  • Demonstrate strong convincing and negotiation skills to develop new business areas and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Motivate, train, and support sales staff to strengthen market presence and achieve consistent sales performance.
  • Work strategically to align sales activities with the company’s goals, ensuring proper execution at the field level.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning, execution, and team coordination.
  • Identify, explore, and develop new sales zones, ensuring sustainable market expansion and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field-level Sales & Marketing, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership, monitoring, and supervisory ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.
  • Willingness to conduct extensive field visits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in field-level Sales & Marketing, preferably in a relevant industry.
