Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and visit them regularly to present company services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct field research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities
- Pitch digital marketing services clearly and convincingly
- Follow up with leads, close deals, and ensure proper documentation
- Collect client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Maintain a daily/weekly report of sales activities and target progress
- Represent the company professionally during field visits, meetings, and events
Requirements
- Must be target-oriented with a strong passion for sales and marketing
- Ability to do regular field visits within Sylhet city and surrounding areas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and also in a team
- Confident, proactive, and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services training will be provided
- Must have good time-management and task-prioritization skills
Education

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or relevant fields

Experience in agency work is an added advantage
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or any relevant field
