Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel, tourism, and Umrah services
- Design and recommend suitable travel packages based on client needs
- Manage airline ticketing and reservation processes
- Plan and organize holiday packages, tours, and excursions
- Process tourist visas and other types of international visas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners when required
- Follow up with clients before and after service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Travel & Tourism industry and Umrah services is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of:
- Airline ticketing systems and processes
- Tour planning and holiday package design
- Visa processing tourist and other categories
- International travel destinations and requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English must be fluent
- Strong customer service and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries
- Good problem-solving and sales orientation skills
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Travel & Tourism certification
- IATA certification or related training
- Hospitality or airline-related education
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in travel agency, airline ticketing, or Umrah services
