Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle customer inquiries related to travel, tourism, and Umrah services
  • Design and recommend suitable travel packages based on client needs
  • Manage airline ticketing and reservation processes
  • Plan and organize holiday packages, tours, and excursions
  • Process tourist visas and other types of international visas
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners when required
  • Follow up with clients before and after service delivery

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous experience in the Travel & Tourism industry and Umrah services is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Airline ticketing systems and processes
    • Tour planning and holiday package design
    • Visa processing tourist and other categories
    • International travel destinations and requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English must be fluent
  • Strong customer service and client-handling abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries
  • Good problem-solving and sales orientation skills

 

Education

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
    • Travel & Tourism certification
    • IATA certification or related training
    • Hospitality or airline-related education

 

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in travel agency, airline ticketing, or Umrah services
