Job Responsibilities

 

  • Receive and respond to customer calls regarding internet services.
  • Handle customer complaints related to slow speed, connectivity issues, and service interruptions.
  • Register complaints and create support tickets.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Follow up with customers regarding complaint status and resolution.
  • Provide information about internet packages, billing, payment methods, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge MS Office, Internet, Email.
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the ISP industry.

 

Education

 

 

  • Polytechnic students/graduates are highly preferred.

 

Experience

 

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or ISP operations will be an added advantage.
