Job Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the school.
  • Maintain student, staff, and institutional records and documentation.
  • Handle admissions-related administrative processes and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, letters, notices, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between management, teachers, students, and parents.
  • Manage office supplies, inventories, and procurement activities.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain attendance records for students and employees.
  • Assist in organizing school events, meetings, examinations, and other activities.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Support the school management with administrative planning and execution.
  • Handle front-desk and visitor management when required.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 

Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, educational institutions, or a similar role will be preferred.
