Document Preparation & Management: Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread a variety of documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, invoices, and project-related materials.
Communication: Professionally answer and direct phone calls, manage electronic inquiries, greet visitors, and serve as a first point of contact for the office.
Meeting & Scheduling Support: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Administrative Systems: Establish, maintain, and manage both manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
Office Management: Open and distribute mail, order office supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
