Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement transformative marketing strategies.
2. Responsible for creating innovative marketing campaigns across multi-channels, including social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
3. Responsible for the design and creation of key marketing collateral, including pitch desks and presentations.
4. Conduct market research and analysis, assisting with event planning and ensuring new marketing ideas are implemented.
5. Employ CRM and data analytics tools to create targeted email campaigns and personalized communications.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, gain competitive insights, and uncover new opportunities in the education sector.
7. Participate in and support student recruitment events, which may require flexibility in working hours.

Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 months experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotions.
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 6 months experience in marketing, preferably in the education consultancy.
