Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, and local organizations
- Plan and implement community outreach and engagement campaigns
- Develop child-friendly and educational content for print and digital use
- Conduct performance analysis of outreach activities to guide improvements
- Coordinate events, workshops, and library programs with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Proficiency with basic design and communication tools e.g., Canva, MS Office, social media
- Passion for reading, education, and working with children
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Education, English, Social Sciences, Communication, or a related field
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Preference for candidates with 1+ year of volunteer, part-time, or project experience in outreach, education, libraries, or nonprofit campaigns
Other Details
- Flexible working hours may be required on event days
- Must be comfortable working in child-centered and community-based environments
