Guide students on suitable study destinations, institutions, and academic programs
Manage the end-to-end application process for student admissions
Maintain communication with partner institutions and agencies
Conduct student interviews and follow-up sessions
Handle documentation, data entry, and file management
Meet monthly application and conversion targets
Provide excellent customer support throughout the counseling journey
Solid understanding of the education and consultancy industry
Good computer literacy, including office and online tools
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment
Professional appearance and a friendly, engaging demeanor
Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in any subject
At least 2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or the education consultancy field
Strong ethical standards and commitment to student success
Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to institutional changes and processes
