Job Responsibilities

 

  • Guide students on suitable study destinations, institutions, and academic programs

  • Manage the end-to-end application process for student admissions

  • Maintain communication with partner institutions and agencies

  • Conduct student interviews and follow-up sessions

  • Handle documentation, data entry, and file management

  • Meet monthly application and conversion targets

  • Provide excellent customer support throughout the counseling journey

 

Requirements

 

  • Solid understanding of the education and consultancy industry

  • Good computer literacy, including office and online tools

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment

  • Professional appearance and a friendly, engaging demeanor

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree completed or ongoing in any subject

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or the education consultancy field
