Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and B2B partners.
  • Provide travel plan Itinerary to customer
  • Manage customer reservations and enquiries.
  • Handle bookings and coordinate with the clients and B2B partner
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on reservations.
  • To handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries. To behave in a very professional manner and always acquire the professional ethics and maintain a register for calls & others.
  • To Attend Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them. To respond to the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and on time.
  • Processing reservations: Accurately recording customer information, processing payments, and confirming bookings. 
  • Handling customer issues: Addressing complaints, cancellations, and modifications to reservations. 
  • Providing information: Offering details about travel itineraries, flight schedules, and other travel-related services. 
  • Assisting with special requests: Accommodating requests for specific amenities, upgrades, or other needs. 
  • Promoting special offers: Communicating discounts, packages, and other promotions to customers.
  • Understanding sales strategies: Being aware of current promotions, rates, and selling points to maximise revenue.

Requirements

  • Must Need to Know Microsoft word and Excel

  • Proficient in English both spoken and written

  • Knowledge of Email Communication

  • Basic Knowledge of Online media platforms Facebook, whatsapp, Instagram ETC 
  • Punctual and Able to work under pressure 

Education

Graduate Any discipline, 

Experience

- Must need to Know Compter basic skills Microsoft word and Excel 

  • Proficient in English both spoken and written

Other Details

  • Weekly 6 Days work
  • Can not take day off Saturday, Sunday and Friday 
  • Basic Salary and also standard commission. 
  • After probation period passed, Salary or commission will be increased
