Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities and address their issues or queries in a positive and helpful manner

• Play a key role in ensuring client understanding of study options, visa processes, and academic opportunities abroad

• Convince and motivate prospective clients through telemarketing and follow-up calls

• Handle a high volume of immigration-related inquiries and cases with professionalism

• Attend to student inquiries in-person, via phone, email, or online platforms in a timely and friendly manner

• Provide detailed information, assistance, and follow-ups as required to support the application process

• Support and actively participate in education exhibitions, fairs, and seminars

• Create promotional content including Face Live sessions and short videos for marketing campaigns

• Execute both offline and online marketing promotions as part of the outreach strategy

• Maintain accurate student records and timely application follow-ups

• Collaborate with team members, demonstrating patience, time management, and teamwork

• Take initiative and challenges to meet individual and team targets

• Perform any other duties assigned by management
