Supervise and mentor the student counselor team to achieve performance targets
Provide expert-level counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all applications and visa documentation submitted by the team
Monitor team productivity and performance, ensuring professional service delivery
Develop and deliver training sessions for new and existing team members
Address escalated student queries and complex cases effectively
Manage communication and relationships with university and institutional partners
Organize and lead marketing efforts including seminars, education fairs, and promotional campaigns
Oversee social media engagement and video/live content for marketing purposes
Ensure CRM and database are accurately maintained and up-to-date
Take ownership of the team's monthly targets and performance reports
Coordinate with management for continuous improvement and goal alignment
Perform other administrative or strategic tasks as assigned by senior leadership
Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills
High-level knowledge of international education systems UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM systems and office tools
Fluency in both Bangla and English verbal & written
Confident in public speaking, training, and online/offline communication
Social media proficiency and comfort with video/live sessions
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years in the education consultancy sector
Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is preferred
A growth-oriented mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
Willing to work extended hours during peak admission seasons
Must be adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to team success
