Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems, Wi-Fi networking, and CC camera
- Respond to IT-related issues and requests
- Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff
- Must know about managing OTA Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia etc.
- Proficient in graphics design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva
- Must know about Meta Business Suite
Requirements
- Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate student. Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Must be a computer expert
Education
- Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate student. Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidates
Experience
- Minimum one year work experience
