Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via website, social media Facebook, and messaging platforms WhatsApp, etc.

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist in online order processing and customer follow-up

  • Update website content such as banners, product listings, and pricing

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues smoothly

Requirements

 

  • Basic knowledge of customer support practices and tools

  • Familiarity with website management platforms e.g., WordPress or similar CMS

  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

  • Comfortable with social media platforms and tech tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandator.

Experience

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred

  • Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply
