Provide prompt and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in online order processing and customer follow-up
Update website content such as banners, product listings, and pricing
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues smoothly
Basic knowledge of customer support practices and tools
Familiarity with website management platforms e.g., WordPress or similar CMS
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
Comfortable with social media platforms and tech tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
