Job Responsibilities

Teach English and Bangla.

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in both subjects.

Foster reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills in both languages.

Design classwork, homework, and exams that align with the curriculum.

Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide regular feedback.

Prepare students for school exams and national board exams SSC or equivalent.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings, training programs, and other school activities.
Requirements

Proficiency in both English and Bangla reading, writing, and speaking.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching methods.

Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Bangla, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in English and/or Bangla at the school level.
