Job Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive user experiences with user flows and journey mapping.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback.
- Maintain design systems, UI kits, and brand consistency.
- Optimise designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across platforms.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Knowledge of responsive design and component-based design systems.
- Ability to interpret complex ideas into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and developer handoff tools.

Monthly Salary: 10,000 – 30,000 BDT based on experience. The salary will be reviewed and increased upon completing the probation period.
