• Provide accurate information and counselling to prospective clients about studying in the UK, Canada, and Europe.
• Guide students through the application and visa process from start to finish.
• Process and submit applications and visa documents efficiently, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
• Maintain accurate and organized student records in internal databases.
• Coordinate with team members to meet monthly targets related to applications and visa success.
• Follow up with students to collect documents and provide regular status updates.
• Handle student queries, resolve issues, and escalate cases where necessary.
• Stay updated with changes in admission requirements and visa policies.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Professional and courteous behaviour with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with UK, Canada, and European university requirements and visa requirements is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the study abroad sector application processing, student counselling, and visa handling.
• Salary based on skills and experience.
