The Vice Principal plays a pivotal role in the leadership team, supporting the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school. This role involves academic oversight, staff development, student discipline, parent engagement, and ensuring the implementation of school policies and vision.
Assist in curriculum planning, implementation, and review.
Monitor academic standards and ensure quality teaching practices.
Support the integration of digital learning tools and innovative pedagogy.
Coordinate assessments, exams, and academic events.
Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating teaching and support staff.
Conduct regular teacher observations and provide constructive feedback.
Organize professional development sessions and training workshops.
Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being.
Mediate conflicts involving students and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
Promote extracurricular activities and leadership development.
Collaborate in planning and managing the school calendar, schedules, and daily operations.
Support compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Maintain school records, reports, and documentation in collaboration with the administrative team.
Communicate regularly with parents on student progress, concerns, and school activities.
Represent the school in community events and foster a strong school-community relationship.
Address parent concerns with professionalism and care.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design, student assessment, and school operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
Master's degree in Education.
- At least 5 years of teaching and/or school leadership experience.
