Assistant Support Engineer -Test Center Administrator
Job Responsibilities
Pearson Vue Exam center support, support to clients of ISP, pick up clients' phones and provide them gentle support over the phone or physically, note down all support every day, and email to your reporting boss.
Requirements

Good knowledge of computer hardware desktop/laptop setup, basic repair.

Familiar with software installation, Windows OS, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure test systems and software are updated and running smoothly

Proficient in internet browsing and online searching.

Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Basic knowledge of networking and internet setup is a plus.

Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

Responsible, punctual, and calm under pressure.

Prior experience in IT support or test center roles is preferred.
Education
BSc in CSE, Diploma in Computer Engineering
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in IT support, computer lab operations, or a related field. And freshers can also apply
