Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Prepare basic financial reports.
Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records.
Communicate clearly in English with team members and clients.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or others is highly preferred
This is a full-time, in-office position in a UK-based accounting firm located in Sylhet. Working hours are from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Bangladesh Time, with a 1-hour break.
The candidate must work from our office location and maintain punctuality and regular attendance. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively in English. This is a long-term role, and the salary will be based on experience, to be discussed during the interview process.
