Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc. following standardized recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and kitchen area.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and other kitchen appliances safely.
Create new drink ideas and food items in coordination with the management.
Prepare and serve light meals such as sandwiches, pasta, salads, or pastries as per the menu.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, kitchen ingredients, and other supplies.
Ensure proper food hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; provide recommendations and take feedback.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Support the team in overall shop operations when needed.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink customization.
Basic cooking skills to prepare café-style snacks and meals.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and excellent customer service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum HSC or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years working in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant as a Barista or Chef.
