Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop and guide them to their tables.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions regarding food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/barista station promptly.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure the quality and presentation meet the shop’s standards.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and reset after each use.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for customers.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management if needed.
Provide bills to customers, handle payments cash/card, and return correct change.
Support team members in various roles when the shop is busy e.g., clearing tables, refilling water, assisting with takeaway orders.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Good memory and attention to detail in taking and delivering orders.
Basic math skills for handling payments and billing.

Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years working as a waiter/waitress in a café, restaurant, or coffee shop
