Welcome and assist visitors and students at the reception warmly and professionally.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant departments.
Provide information and counseling to prospective students about courses, schedules, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain student records, update databases, and handle registrations.
Follow up with prospective students via phone or email to encourage enrollment.
Assist in organizing student orientation sessions, workshops, and events.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with trainers, faculty, and management regarding student progress and feedback.
Maintain the reception area and ensure smooth daily operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and data entry.
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or reception is a plus, but not mandatory.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
H.S.C Pass. Current Bachelor's students may apply.
1-2 Experience is a must.
