Job Responsibilities
We are currently hiring a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive at our Sylhet office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, providing information about our services, responding to inquiries, and supporting overall sales and rotationally perform others activities. You will be part of a dynamic team working to achieve student recruitment goals for destinations such as Australia, the UK, Canada, USA, and Europe.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in customer support and/or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation
- Fluency in both English and Bengali
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Marketing
Experience
Previous experience in telesales or similar roles is an advantage
