Easy Ride, Sylhet's most convenient and reliable ride-sharing service, is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Motorcycle Riders to join our team. As a rider, you will provide safe and efficient transportation services to customers within Sylhet city using your own motorcycle. Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, timely, and courteous ride-sharing services to customers.

Operate and maintain your own motorcycle in compliance with safety and traffic regulations.

Use the Easy Ride app to accept and manage ride requests.

Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining professionalism and reliability.

Adhere to company policies and local laws while performing duties.
Requirements

Must own a well-maintained motorcycle with valid registration and insurance.

Valid motorcycle driving license.

Familiarity with Sylhet city’s roads and traffic patterns.

Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Ability to use a smartphone and the Easy Ride app for ride management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be physically fit to operate a motorcycle for extended periods.
Education

No formal education degree required.

Basic literacy and ability to read, write, and communicate in Bengali and/or English.

Familiarity with smartphone applications and GPS navigation is preferred.
Experience

Prior experience in ride-sharing or delivery services is a plus but not mandatory.

Proven ability to ride a motorcycle safely and confidently in urban environments.

Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
