Job Responsibilities

  • Build API integrations with Xero, QuickBooks Online QBO, Zoho Books, and NetSuite

  • Write Python scripts and SQL queries for automation and data synchronization

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for real-time and historical data migrations

  • Handle authentication flows including OAuth 2.0 and ensure secure API communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven accounting solutions

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL programming

  • Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and financial/accounting platforms

  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and error handling

  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, AWS or GCP cloud platforms, Git version control, and job schedulers like cron or Airflow is a bonus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred

Experience

  • Proven experience developing API integrations and automation scripts using Python and SQL

  • Experience working with accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, or NetSuite is highly desirable
