Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media social media, websites, brochures, etc.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create brand-aligned visuals
Develop content and copy for promotional material, social media, and internal documents
Manage customer responses on social platforms and email to maintain engagement
Create, manage, and update content databases and design asset libraries
Maintain brand consistency in all creative output
Adapt designs based on feedback and analytics
Stay up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing best practices
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Strong writing skills for content development and copywriting
Familiarity with content management systems CMS and social media tools
Basic understanding of database tools e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM platforms
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
