Operate computer systems efficiently and ensure data entry and file management are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.
Create and manage spreadsheets, tables, charts, and reports in Microsoft Excel.
Design basic visual content e.g., flyers, banners, simple posters using graphics software e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or others.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Assist in office administrative tasks, printing, scanning, and documentation.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data and files.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic graphic design tools.
Good typing speed and accuracy in both Bangla and English.
Basic knowledge of printing, scanning, and internet browsing.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Prior experience as a computer operator or office assistant is a plus.
Minimum HSC or equivalent; diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
