Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily operations across departments HR, Projects, Marketing, Admin.
Manage and track consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
Develop internal SOPs, processes, and documentation for workflow improvement.
Coordinate with team leads to assign responsibilities, set targets, and evaluate performance.
Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic operational performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal company policies.
Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest strategies for improvement.
Oversee financial planning for operations, including budgeting and cost control.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and business software/tools e.g., CRM, project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Master’s preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy, service-based, or corporate environment.
