Job Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily operations across departments HR, Projects, Marketing, Admin.

  • Manage and track consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.

  • Develop internal SOPs, processes, and documentation for workflow improvement.

  • Coordinate with team leads to assign responsibilities, set targets, and evaluate performance.

  • Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic operational performance reports for management.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal company policies.

  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest strategies for improvement.

  • Oversee financial planning for operations, including budgeting and cost control.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and business software/tools e.g., CRM, project management tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage clients and cross-functional teams.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Master’s preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy, service-based, or corporate environment.
