Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in various commerce subjects.
Use real-world examples to help students understand commercial principles and practices.
Create and grade assignments, tests, and projects to assess student performance.
Provide academic support and guidance to students.
Encourage critical thinking, case analysis, and problem-solving approaches.
Maintain records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians when necessary.
Collaborate with other teachers and take part in school activities, training, and meetings.
Stay updated with changes in curriculum and business education trends.
Strong command over commerce-related subjects e.g., Accounting, Business, Economics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Familiarity with using digital teaching tools Google Classroom, Zoom, etc..
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in commerce or related subjects.
