3. Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
4. Attract individuals and groups to take the service and build a strong connection.
5. To maintain close communication with the relevant clients at all times on the progress of the reservations.
6. Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
