• Provide administrative support to school leadership and staff
• Manage front office operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance data
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, events, and appointments
• Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
• Support the organization of school events and activities
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with student information systems is a plus
• Commitment to maintaining a welcoming and professional office atmosphere
A-Levels or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting
• Experience with educational software and databases
• Knowledge of school operations and administrative procedures
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle stressful situations with composure
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
