Job Responsibilities
-Lead teachers and staff, set goals and ensure students meet their learning objectives.
- Overseeing your school's day-to-day operations.
- Handling disciplinary matters, managing a budget and hiring teachers and other personnel.
Requirements
- Provide leadership, direction and co-ordination within the school.
- The Principal's main focus should be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with his/her school.
Education
- Masters in any Discipline.
Experience
- Must have 4-5 years experience in relevant field.
