We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand our products/services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
Greet and engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital platforms.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Provide accurate information regarding features, pricing, and availability.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams sales, marketing, technical support to resolve issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication channels is a plus.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Proficiency in English and Bengali.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or consulting roles.
