Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand our products/services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital platforms.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Provide accurate information regarding features, pricing, and availability.

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams sales, marketing, technical support to resolve issues.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first attitude.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication channels is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency in English and Bengali.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or consulting roles.
