Job Responsibilities

 

  • Help customers understand and use our software properly.
  • Find and report any problems bugs or errors in the software.
  • Support customers if they face issues using computers or our system.
  • Share customer feedback with our team to improve the software.
  • Keep a record of the support work you do each day.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, or in-person.

 

Requirements

 

  • Basic knowledge of computer operation Windows, typing, internet use, etc.
  • Ability to fix simple computer problems.
  • Friendly attitude and good communication skills in Bangla Basic English is a plus.
  • Eager to learn new things.
  • Honest, responsible, and good at managing time.

Education

No specific degree is required. If you have the skills and interest, you are welcome to apply. But basic knowledge of computer operation Windows, typing, internet use, etc. and eager to learn new things is must.

Experience

If you have worked in IT support or customer service before, that’s a plus.
