About the Role

We are looking for a Software Trainer who can quickly learn our in-house software and then train clients, users, and team members to use it effectively. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, a clear communicator, and confident in teaching both technical and non-technical users. You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, creating support materials, and ensuring user success with our system.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly understand and master the features of our proprietary software
• Deliver in-person and online training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Create simple and effective training materials manuals, videos, presentations
• Customize training based on user roles, skill levels, and project requirements
• Provide follow-up support and resolve user queries related to software usage
• Continuously update training content as the software evolves
