Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily and monthly production schedules.

Supervise cutting, CNC, assembling, finishing, and packing processes.

Maintain quality standards and workplace safety.

Lead, train, and motivate the production team.

Minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.

Manage raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
-
Prepare and present production reports to management.
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in furniture manufacturing, including 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of solid wood and panel furniture production processes.
-
Skills in production planning, quality control, and team management.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Wood Technology preferred.
Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in furniture manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
