Counsel and guide prospective students and parents regarding admission procedures, course offerings, eligibility, and career prospects.
Handle student inquiries walk-in, phone, online and provide accurate information.
Assist students in completing applications, documentation, and visa-related formalities if applicable.
Maintain close communication with partner institutions, universities, and education service providers.
Achieve admission targets through effective counseling, follow-up, and conversion strategies.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in schools, colleges, and other platforms to promote programs.
Maintain records of student interactions, applications, and progress using CRM or internal software.
Stay updated on admission policies, program structures, and international/national education trends.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance student enrollment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to counsel and convert student inquiries into successful admissions.
Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and career counseling.
Good command of English written & spoken; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet admission/enrollment targets.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Graduation Complete.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, admission handling, or a similar role in the education sector.
