Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Input data accurately into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  2. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
  3. Update and maintain records in digital or physical formats.
  4. Retrieve information from files and databases as requested.
  5. Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  7. Perform regular backups to ensure data security.
  8. Coordinate with other departments to collect or clarify data.
  9. Follow company procedures and data management policies.

Requirements

 

  • Fast and accurate typing 40–50 WPM
  • Basic computer skills, MS Word, and Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • 1–2 years’ experience is optional for entry-level positions
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Maintain confidentiality of data

Education

  • Minimum SSC/HSC or Diploma

Experience

1 year in Data Entry

Salary:10,000 Taka.
