Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing Furniture industry preferred
Strong knowledge of sales strategy, distribution, and brand promotion
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools & digital marketing knowledge
Target-oriented, energetic & self-motivated personality

Education Sales & Marketing Manager:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management
MBA Marketing will get preference
Training or certification in Sales & Digital Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience Sales & Marketing Manager:

Minimum 3–5 years practical experience in Sales & Marketing Furniture / Interior / Consumer Goods sector preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets & business growth
Experience in dealer/franchise management & team leadership
Hands-on experience with market analysis, brand promotion & digital marketing campaigns

Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: House No 42, Road 10, Sector 4, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Friday
Salary: Negotiable based on experience & skills
