Job Responsibilities

  • Greettings and welcome clients, students, and visitors with professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for counselors or consultants.
  • Provide information about services student visa, admission process, etc..
  • Assist with document collection and initial form fill-up.
  • Maintain visitor logs and basic client information records.
  • Social Media Maintenance Facebook/Instagram

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Basic computer Knowledge, MS Word, Excel, and  Email handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Education

Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
