Job Responsibilities

* Enter and update financial transactions sales, purchases, expenses, payments, etc. into Excel spreadsheets.

* Ensure data is entered accurately and on time each day.

* Maintain and organize financial records for easy reference.

* Perform basic reconciliations and highlight discrepancies to management.

* Support in preparing simple financial summaries or reports as needed.

* Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements

* Strong command of Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, formatting.

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to complete tasks at a fixed schedule daily.

* Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive data.

Education

Graduate. 

Experience

* Experience with accounting software e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero is a plus.

* Familiarity with SME business operations.

Other Details

Reliability to work consistently 3–4 hours daily starting from 4 PM.
