Job Responsibilities
Sufiana Fashion is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fashion showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience, drive sales growth, maintain showroom standards, and lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom operations & staff.

Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Supervise inventory, displays, and merchandising.

Train, motivate, and lead the showroom team.

Handle customer queries and maintain reports.
- Running the business as per management’s instructions.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Retail Store Manager, or similar role, preferably in fashion retail.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Solid understanding of retail sales techniques, customer psychology, and merchandising.

Proficiency in MS Office and POS/retail management systems.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree .
Experience
1-2 years’ experience in retail management fashion industry preferred.
