Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products that match their preferences.

Provide detailed information about fabrics, styles, sizes, and fashion trends.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints politely.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Maintain product displays, merchandising, and overall showroom cleanliness.

Process sales transactions accurately through POS/billing systems.

Assist in inventory management, stock checking, and product restocking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion/apparel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, polite, and customer-oriented personality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Team player with a positive attitude.
Education
Minimum HSC.
Experience
- 1–2 years of retail/showroom sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for fashion are also encouraged to apply.
