Job Responsibilities

Assist the senior marketing team in executing social media strategies and campaigns.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc..

Share creative ideas for content, design, and marketing activities to improve brand visibility.

Coordinate with graphic designers and provide input on post designs, layouts, and campaign creatives.

Monitor social media pages, respond to messages and comments, and ensure timely customer engagement.

Track campaign performance reach, engagement, followers, leads and report to seniors.

Research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to recommend new strategies.

Support the team in paid ads, promotions, and collaborations as instructed.
Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.

Creative mindset with the ability to suggest ideas for marketing campaigns and visuals.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any design tool will be an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bangla & English.

Team player with the ability to follow instructions and work under senior supervision.

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to meet deadlines.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, or related field.

Training/Certification in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design will be a plus.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content, or a related field.
