Job Responsibilities

- Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options and necessary
to establish and maintain connections with airlines that operate both online and offline.
- Execute visa processing and application submission as per instructions.
- Handle queries, maintain required documentation.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Attract individuals and groups to take the service and build a strong connection.
- To maintain close communication with the relevant clients at all times on the progress of the
reservations.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Requirements

- Age 25+.
- A positive and competitive attitude with the drive to succeed bearing a strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn continuously and handle unexpected situations.
- Sensitive to customer needs and requirements.
- Excellent English skills in both verbal and written form.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications.
- Excellent computer skills.

Education

Minimum HSC.

Experience

1 Year. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
